At the Town Hall Meeting, we shared news of our plan to retire in December 2020. Since so many people were not present to hear the announcement at the Town Hall, and because since then, some have heard the news or murmurings of such, we thought it best to share more about how we came to this decision, our struggle of coming to terms with it, and how it all lands on our spiritual community.
