Unity's Principle 5 states that it is insufficient to know the truth: we must live IT, be IT, embody IT. Often expressed as "be the change you seek," principle 5 suggests that we are called to be unto our world - the ONE, the Christ of God, unto our own world. Just as Jesus proclaimed, I and the Father are ONE, he nonetheless lived moment by moment in this awareness. As we also expand our awareness of Presence in each moment, we can activate a dimension of our own being that can transcend any outer condition.
