Do you recognize this feature of our sanctuary?
That’s right: it’s our platform. David, Don and Joe worked tirelessly on negotiating the carpet away from its base. Decades ago when the original structure was built, the platform was formed in cement. Then carpet was glued securely on top. This stage of the demolition process took several hours, and we thank our volunteers for persevering!
Next, our volunteers will build a new platform base to fit over this current structure. More pics to follow!
