Unity's foundation principle tells us that there is only One Life living itself through all of creation. If that is so, how is it possible to ever feel separate from each other? A famous quote from Einstein calls this sense of separation a delusion and offers an antidote as he writes: "Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison [of separation] by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
