In this talk, Rev. Jane riffs on to Unity's third principle, namely that we create our experience of life through the thoughts and beliefs that we routinely hold. We have heard the teaching that our thoughts create our reality but what does that actually mean? Does a thought that I am overweight, actually cause fat accumulation? If I have a passing angry thought, does that moment of wrath set something in motion that can't be recalled? Should I be afraid to think?
